Shut Up Fool! Awards- First Friday In December Edition

It's the first Friday of the month of December, and you longtime TransGriot readers know what that means.
It's time to shine a bright spotlight on stupidity and straight up ignorance as we selected this week's Shut Up Fool Award winner.

Since we're also in the last month of this year, I want you TransGriot readers to get in on the fun as well.   It's time to solicit nominations for the Shut Up Fool! of the Year awards, and The Shut Up Fool! Lifetime Achievement Award that will be passed out during Oscar Week 2011.

Winners of the Lifetime Achievement Award are retired from consideration for the weekly award, so be thinking about the nominees for both awards..

I'll put the nomination post up this weekend, and you can leave the nominees in the comment thread.   Nominations will close on December 30, and I'll announce the Shut Up Fool of the Year on December 31.

Now back to selecting this week's fool or fools.
.
As usual, we had plenty of contenders.  Glenn Beck, who is in the running for SUF of the Year,  Sarah Palin, Sen. Mitch McConnell  (R-KY),   Rep Eric Cantor (R-VA)  Rep. John Boehner (R-OH), Sean Hannity, Megyn Kelly, Bill O'Reilly,  the entire Republican Party, Rep. Steve King (R-IA) and every unemployed person who voted GOP in the midterms

But this week's runaway award winner is Rep. John Shadegg (R-AZ) .

Tuesday while on MSNBC's Morning Joe  he had this to say to Mike Barnicle when he said the spending of money doesn't drive the economy.

.

Dude, were you awake in Economics 101,.did you forgot you weren't on Faux Noise or you are you that breathtakingly stupid?

Not only does spending drive the economy, if unemployed folks are handed their check they spend that money by paying bills, getting groceries, et cetera.

But it's obvious you peeps don't care do you?

I'd also like to know how many peeps whose unemployment is being cut off this week voted Republican November 2 so I can pimp slap them before laughing in their face.

Now you bamboozled fools learned the news too late.that the GOP is not the party for working class people.

The good news is that Shadegg is retiring from Congress.    The bad news he's being replaced by Ben Quayle, the son of former VP Dan Quayle.

Anyway, Rep. John Shadegg, shut up fool!
